Metric Series Bellevilles (DIN 2092/2093)
If you are looking for a Belleville disc spring for a dynamic
application, you have come to the right place. These disc springs are
manufactured to DIN 2092 standards. When forces and deflections are
critical, or when large numbers of cycles are required, this series
should be your first place to look. Below is a list of “standard”
sizes, however, we are not limited to these sizes. We manufacture many
custom Bellevilles.

The
material for the part numbers shown is 1074/1075 High Carbon Steel (t
< 0.050”) or 6150 Alloy Steel. Other materials available include the
following.
• 301 Stainless Steel
• 17-4 PH
Stainless Steel
• 17-7 PH Stainless Steel
• INCONEL 718 Alloy
• INCONEL X-750 Alloy
Load values vary, based on the material used.
Part numbers ending in "-RT" are provided with flats (load-bearing
surfaces). The thickness is reduced to compensate for an increased
load, due to a shortened lever arm between the load points. The Load
values are based on an equivalent deflection of the disc spring without
flats.
