BelleFlex combines the convenience of a large selection of in-stock and custom Bellevilles with extensive job shop capabilities to offer our customers a one-stop source for any Belleville application. At our 30,000 square foot facility in Pennsylvania, we offer custom machining, water jet services, and fabrications of all types. Our custom machining services include bearing housings, valve seats and stems, and valve bodies. Using our state-of-the-art water jet technology, we can fabricate parts to exact specifications. By using a water jet cutter, we can cut those metals that are sensitive to the high temperatures generated by more conventional cutting methods. Water jet cutters never change the metal’s inherent structure, since there is no “heat affected zone” (HAZ) that may affect the performance of the part. With skilled, certified welders, we can fabricate custom items, such as brackets to mount many types of actuators to valves. We are also experienced in fabricating custom-designed pipe support assemblies and are able to meet the demands of cryogenic pipe supports.
